Mash well with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.You can add a teaspoon of jalapeno brine to add a little tang.Add to a serving dish. @anLOLProductions The seed seems to work but the lime/citrus helps it too. And keeping it airtight during storage also helps.

you can keep the guacamole from going brown by putting the seed in it? thats awesome!! :D
