You can learn guitar and practice as hard as posible but their is a certain level of guitar that you just have to have somewere inside you....like something that your born with it. Phil Keaggy is a huge insperation to me and i will never be satisfied with the level of guitar that I will reach I will always stribe to be better and hoffly someday be like this man!!!

@guitarman104mjb This is an "Urban Myth" -- this same "story" has been attributed to players such as Eddie Van Halen on the Arsenio Hall show and even Frank Zappa. That doesn't take away from who Phil Keaggy is.......a servant of Christ with an amazing gift.

THE WIND of THE HOLY SPIRIT & FIRE will ALWAYS separate "the wheat from the chaff," ... and the wheat from the tares. ... count on it. IT'S REALITY.

Reminds me of King David and his musicality. Amazing. Thank you Phil for spreading your talent to the world and giving the glory to God. Such a beauty.

jimi hendrix was once interviewed by rolling stone magazine. they asked him "how does it feel to be the greatest guitarist in the world?" he said "i don't know. you'd have to ask phil keaggy." true story
