Clara, I hope you realize the impact you are having on so many of us. Not only are your recipes wonderful (I'm making the pasta/peas tonight for the first time); you are teaching all of us about simplicity, humble living, and what's most important in life. (Hint: It's NOT the new ipad!!) You have even affected my preteen girls! They are going to buy your cookbook this week with their allowance money because they REALLY want to!! All I can say is WOW...oh, and God Bless You!!!
