This one looks so delicious!! Yet, can any one please help me to figure out two ingredients in the video? I could't understand them.The first one is at time " 00:59 " right after the salt and pepper. He says some thing about " Shala" ? The second one is time "1:58 " after the green onion. Thank you ^^!
